Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (Government of Canada, Animal Industry Division, Market Information Section) compiles data on global milk production from Statistics Canada and the International Dairy Federation.
The Animal Data Project (ADP) has used fluid milk data from 2012 to 2021 to present per capita production trends in tonnes for countries worldwide. Two visualization techniques are available; a bar graph ranking countries based on yearly production and a line graph for trend analysis by country or region. The countries are grouped into regions such as Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, which can be used as filters in both visualizations for easy exploration and comparison.
